In most cases we will ship your order the following business day.

Our budget mail option is just that, pretty "budgety", and can be a little slower than standard post. Select standard post and it will come with bonus tracking. If you really need it fast, select express post!

If something doesn't arrive let us know and we will track it down for you.

We're here to make your PlateTag experience a good one and we will happily replace items lost or broken in the post.

Damages and issues
Got a broken clip or two? Let us know and we can send some replacements.

Refunds

If you are completely dissatisfied we can arrange a refund, simply get in touch with a photo of the issue preferably, and your order number :)
